2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the marketing website, the AidenSEO application and the emails we send you. It does not cover third party websites you reach from our links, which run their own policies.
3. Data we collect
Data you give us. Your name, email address, company name and any content you type into a form, a support message or the application itself.
Data we collect automatically. Basic technical information sent by your browser: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view. We use a privacy friendly analytics tool that does not set advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
Data from services you connect. When you connect Google Search Console, a content management system or another integration, we read the data you explicitly authorise, and only that data. You can revoke that access at any time from your workspace settings or from the provider.
4. Why we process it
- To provide the service you asked for, including crawling the sites you add and producing reports.
- To bill you and to meet our accounting obligations.
- To send service messages such as security notices, invoices and product changes.
- To send marketing emails, only where you opted in, with a working unsubscribe link in every message.
- To keep the service secure, detect abuse and debug failures.
Our legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, your consent for marketing and optional analytics, our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, and our legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share data with the processors we need to run the service: hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and error monitoring. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process your data on our instructions. We never sell personal data, and we never share it with advertising networks.
We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
6. Where we store it
Data is stored inside the European Economic Area. Where a processor operates outside it, the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. How long we keep it
Workspace data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion, so that an accidental deletion can be reversed. Invoices are kept for the period required by accounting law. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.
8. Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.

9. Cookies
We set a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie that remembers your language, and a cookie that records your choice in our consent banner. Analytics runs only after you accept it. No advertising or cross site tracking cookie is ever set.

We update this page when the service changes. Material changes are announced by email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect, and the date at the top always reflects the last revision.
